I give Rs 20 for ticket (Ticket Charge is 15). after DSNR left Conductor give only Rs 4 insted of 5 When time came to get down at Nampally Station Near Abids Signal (near Metro) Signal conductor. reject to give on rupee and conductor quarrel with un PARLIMENT lANGUAGE. Sir Iam Heart Patient How can I get down from running bus. For the reason Asking ONE RUPEE from conductor he not stopped in Nampally Station and he say that if you not leave one rupee why I stopped for you. Sir that rupee is my own salary and swet. not his. Is it correct leave the one rupee with him. take action upon him. Thanking You Sir.

On 18.04.2019 i am travelling from lb nagar to nampalli raiway station by service no 00192263 miyapur depot express at 11:31:27 hrs. Sir i give rs 20 (Ticket rate is 15) for ticket charge and dsnr left conductor give four rupees change. When the time come to get down at adids signal (Near metro nampally). When i ask conductor reject to give 1 rupees. That one rupees is not his own that is my salary and my swet. Why shout i leave. Sir i am heart patient i can't get down from running bus. The reason asking one rupee from conductor bus not stopped in in front of station and conductor quarrels with un parliament language. Is this this conductor used this type of language is it correct.. I want action upon him.

This is summer so we used to book special service bus having ac, we are charged for ac bus 260 from hyd to warangl, not worth for mony we spent, very poor service, taking more mony and not provising minimum customer service, waste of mony in vazra buses by telangana tsrtc, providing cool less water bottles in summer, waste to travel in summer better to choose rajadhani services

Being a government employee, i didn't expect this from government travel.

The driver of my bus is sleeping while he is driving.

When asked he says that he is not the person who is supposed to be on duty today and was given duty even though he refused.
The bus is going at 80-100 kmph on orr and this guy is sleeping.

Greeting of the day.. I am the one of the passenger who travels daily in the tsrtc buses this complaint is regarding please make passenger convinent by stopping buses in correct bus station management will construct bus station but bus drivers they won't stop in fully constructed if we question reversely they will give answers like where is the stop here like for example they won't stop bus in nizam college and near assembly mainly 218 bus patancheru and lb nagar and lingampally dilahuknagar buses they won't stop here kindly take it as concern request and resolve it

Im waiting here (At achampet) for nearly 3 hours ago.. It's bad to say that i didn't found any tsrtc bus to srisailam...

Who the bloody transportation minster...
Won't have any sense..

Even though we have only one party in state.. We vote for them to see a change..

Even beggers can work more better than them..

Hii i gave him 20 rupees note,, the note given by another bus conduct they y it is not valid,, he is telling not valid not valid, for people he want to say, sysemicaly but is geting rude i asked for what it is not valid,,,, he is getting angry on me,,,,, with out any mistake of mine how he will use rude language with people,,,, plz solve the issue as soon as possible,,, conductor i'd 213664 bus noo ap28z4932..

I am travelling from gadwal to kurnool in tsrtc bus i gave him slightly cut 100 rupees note and he rejected to take it and i requested him to take that since i don't have money but he is talking in very rude manner and saying that he will not take money thatsit this is very rude as all the passenger s warning him also he didn't respond and finally one passenger took my money and gave me other 100 rupees note why these people are not giving respect to passenger we don't understand

I come to the nalgonda bus stand at 7.45pm (12/04/2019) to go to bhongir from there i have to go bibinagar. But no bus is there till 9.50pm. Bus stared to bhongir 9.55pm, so i postpone journey due to my family (My wife 2 chidren). If i travel bhongir i may reach bhongir around 12 mid night. How can i go to bibinagar with my family at mid night with my family. I disappointed with bus service one of district head quarters bhongir i unable travel. Is this the bangaru telangana?

Today i lost my bus pass while travelling a tsrtc bus under the route 279 which travels between secundrabad and Ibrahimpatnam, i miss placed my bus pass while returning from ibrahimpatnam.I miss palce the pass around secundrabad while unboarding the bus at secundrabad and iam not sure about where i miss palced the pass.The bus number is TS07UE506.I request for a solution or a duplicate pass if possible.

There are almost 10 buses left from where we started and we just finished like 2km..
Upon arguing with the conductor and driver asking if this is a min auto/auto to get fully accomodated at every stop.. I mean almost 3-4minutes he is trying to stop at each station just..

Despite the fact it is a metro i don't know how other metro and ordinary buses were able to run.. I meant they already reach the destiny...
To my bad, i stood this bus which has caused delay to me and followed by issues in office...
It is not just me and everyone in our bus took an initiative to argue with bus conductor on this... He kept on saying this is how it works...

I meant i have been travelling since 5 years now and i never went back to late to reach lakdidkapul...

This guy almost took 1:30 hr to reach from lbnagar to lakdidkapul...
Both the driver and conductor looks young too and the metro bus is in condition still they do not want to run bus even at normal speed and this to during morning hours and want bus to wait 4-5min at every stop... If this is how it continues i am sure you will receive lot more complaints...
Just to track whatever info i shared on this i suggest to setup a gps tracker for 2-3 days yo identify and understand why this guys are going too slow...

Literally speaking there is no means travelling through ap11z6239 so late... Roads are clear... No traffic jam... Other ordinary/metro buses are going at normal speed and doesn't wait this long at bus stops and doesn't take 1:30+hrs to go make it to lbnagar from lakdikapul.

Please take necessary actions

The buses starting from 4 30 from nizamabar. I didn't note the no. Of the bus. And he took the ticket. Wt the hell with ac buses and all. We are suppose to give 588 for 2 person i gave 600 from nizamabad to hyderabad ac bus. Luxury ac bus. I was asking for change he gave 10 and i was asking for rs 2. He is saying no levu. Am i a beggar. Don't they have manners to give respect to a lady. Of not keep a round figure. So that no other person faces it. Is the government for us or them..in a day how many changes he will collect. R v not getting any respect. V learnt that government for the people, to the people, by the people.

I booked 4 tickets at the counter in mgbs station hyderabad in service no 1227 mgbs (Mahatma gandhi bus station) to bailadilla. The bus service was stopped at konta instead of kiramdul. I was forced to hire a taxi for rs 5000 to reach final destination. May i please ask tsrtc to refund the ticket amount to my account

I paid too much cost for luggage bringing into tne bus from few meters of distance, they cost 15kg, 2 flowers bags into the bus 100 rupees and also he (Kuli) talking unparlimentary language

And canteen rates also to high...
Please fix this problem at mgbs hyderabad

I ask bus ticket in ordinary from nims to lb nagar and given ticket with fare price of rs20, i question to conductor why rs20, and conductor shouted on me that recently changed fares and i ask conductor i yesterday use same distance in ordinary bus with fair rs15, not agreeing conductor shouting on me.

I took the rtc bus from one of the signal near secunderabad club. I was about to get down at patni that is hardly 2 kms from my area. I asked him to give me 5 rs ticket as the distance is less then 2 km. He asked me to pay 10 rs. I asked why 10 rs. That # conductor started shouting on me. I told him to talk politely as i was questioning him about why wrong fare. He started shouting again and the discussion becomes a argument and further i decided to complaint about the conductor. The bus from yellandu to kothagudem the stop at old busstand is there but the driver not stopped the bus at old bus stand i crossed the bus and stopped and my wife and children climbed the bus and asked why you have not stopped the bus at old bus stand, in reply he mis-behaved with my wife and told to complain every body. Service number : 8075 from asifabad to hyderabad which had to come to calltex bus stop by 7:40 he has not come till 8:45. Driver switched off his mobile. We tried calling him from 7:15. We had to reach bus stop by 7:30 not knowing when bus will come. The driver is so irresponsible in answering while called again at 8. When there is full reservation done why do the driver have to take more people. Bus capacity is 40-50 and he takes more than 90 people stopping the bus in every 10 mins. How will it be for the people who have already reserved.. Why do they have to suffer.. This is not the first time this is happening in this service bus. And we have raised complaints more than 5 times. We neither got any response nor there is any improvement. Why the issues not taken care of. Wat are people in tsrtc doing..
