I usually travel through bus every day, yesterday as usually i am travelling through by bus from ashok nagar to secunderabad, so then i paid money for my charges in terms of 100rs, bus conductor gave me that one tampered note but i know banks will accept these kind of note and u too (Tsrtc), then today morning i am coming from secunderabad to ashok nagar, so then bus conductor came to me to ask charge, i gave that tampered note he didnt take that note and also use unparliamentary language and driver too... He did not stopped the bus at my station, i felt very bad sir... Please take action against them

I have boarded the airport express (TS 10 UB 6783) on 28/04/2019 from NMDC. After the bus crossed Aramgargh the bus is moving in the right side instead of left due to which other vehicles who is taking U-Turn faced a lot of difficulty.

Incident 1: An auto is taking a U-Turn and as the bus is going at a fast pace applied the brakes suddenly and the driver started scolding the auto driver with the mother ### language.

Incident 2: A couple on the bike is trying to cross the road. At this time as well the driver almost rammed into the two wheeler. The driver immediately got down of the bus and started scolding them very badly and picked up a fight. The wife of the two wheeler guy pleaded with the driver to let them go and not to fight.

These two incidents are very disturbing on part of the behavior of the driver. There would be many national and international tourists who would travel by this bus. If a bus driver displays such bad behavior what impact would we as a state would create in their mind. Kindly counsel the driver and help him to change his behavior towards the fellow travelers.

Dear sir, we are traveling with kids from khammam to Hyderabad on 30/04/2019, started in kmm by 5am. Service code 8694/ kmm - mgbs, due to leakage of AC water, we are not able to sit on seats, we prefer Rajadhani as we feel that it will be comfortable, but theses type situations will ruin the reputation of TSRTC, even the ambience is not good and there are many mosquitoes in bus, kindly take necessary action

To day i travelled in tsrtc medchal depot in ordinary bus around 8. Pm near paradise bus no 229 ts 3657, in senior citizen seat around 40 yrs man was seated so i asked whether you're phy handicapped he said no, so i asked if no sr, citizen i told it is for ladies, he didn't get up i asked conductor also he also saying the same thing it not for ladies, is it true? I saw in many buses if no sr. Citizen it is for ladies, that much don't know...

I travelled on local rtc bus i dont have change so 1 give 100 rupees my bus fare 15/- he gave me 85 /- in this 20 note will some tampared and tiered.
And next day 25 april 2019 i travelled same bus i gave 20/- note, he didnt take that i yold him yesterday u gave me this note, why u didnot take the note, he useing unparlamentary word and he droped me on middle of the road,
Please take charge aganist him. Thank you

Busses are not running as per the requirement in the hitech city to mehdipatnam or gachibowly to mehdipatnam. Busses frequency is very low. Please ask tstrc to increase number of busses in office hours at least. Morning and evening busses are as per requirement. Every bus is full and time frequency between each bus is about 30mins to 1 hour.

We have booked a ticket (Uid no.8390) to srisailam from hyderabad by vajra ac bus service code number 3907 (Lingampally to sslm). The arrival time at srisailam mention in the website is 9.49am (Which misguided during booking).

Apart from above ac was not working properly,
In the tv there is a picture but no sound.
We have paid 500rs price for ticket considering the above facilities, that is 200rs more for normal luxury bus without ac

Toilets in hyderabad mgbs bus station are very unhygienic and not cleaned at all, using those can lead to dangerous diseases and more over 5rupees is being collected from people without cleaning them.. It is a major problem for ladies eh ile travelling long distances, take an action on this which would greatly help people.

I had taken a bus from siddpet bus stand to jublie bus stand and had paid the full amount of 90rs for the same.
There was no cleanliness at all in the bus and the conductor was least courteous.
I had to disembark and requested the driver to stop the bus on arrival at the bus stop, but they had refused to stop and asked me to get down while the driver slowed down the bus
I insisted he stopped but he heckled me and asked me to get down, after which i forced to get down and fell on both my hands and had bruised myself
By the grace of god i had escaped with abrasions
I would like you to take stringent action immediately on the driver and conductor of the bus so that it serves a lesson for them to stop the bus at the bus stop

My question is why rtc buses are using air horns instead of normal horns. I see lot of buses using air horns which are abnormal to hear and bear. It is causing lot health of issues and sound pollution. I saw many driver's unnecessaryly mocking the horns. The sounds are above the normal decibels. It is more near traffic signals and near bus stops. Please look into the matter.

Booked online reservation in Nzb depot 1 bus(service no. 7674) which has the start time of 7pm from Nizamabad. Bus has arrived the starting point 15minutes before (6:45pm). Till this it is all good. But bus started from Nizamabad at 7:45pm (45 minutes late) & driver halts the superior non-stop service bus 3 times within the city itself. Overall around 8:15pm the bus crossed the city(30minutes it took instead of 15min). Also it has an halt near toopran village for around 15min. Finally it reached JBS at 11:30pm. Total time took from Nizamabad to JBS is 4:30 hours. Can Tsrtc justify the nonstop bus facility provided.? Or is any other definition for nonstop service in Tsrtc dictionary? If we travel on bike with an economy speed, we could reach earlier than the superior tsrtc nonstop super luxury bus. Very pathetic journey & worst service from tsrtc.

I travelled from hyderabad to visakhaptnam on 18.4.2019 through tsrtc rajdhani ac service. I bought the ticket in the bus
The charges displayed in website is rs 939-00

But the driver given ticket for amount rs 1065-00

Also he took rs 1400-00 stating some vague reasons

Please take action on these type of cases to avoid inconvenience to passengers

I give Rs 20 for ticket (Ticket Charge is 15). after DSNR left Conductor give only Rs 4 insted of 5 When time came to get down at Nampally Station Near Abids Signal (near Metro) Signal conductor. reject to give on rupee and conductor quarrel with un PARLIMENT lANGUAGE. Sir Iam Heart Patient How can I get down from running bus. For the reason Asking ONE RUPEE from conductor he not stopped in Nampally Station and he say that if you not leave one rupee why I stopped for you. Sir that rupee is my own salary and swet. not his. Is it correct leave the one rupee with him. take action upon him. Thanking You Sir.

On 18.04.2019 i am travelling from lb nagar to nampalli raiway station by service no 00192263 miyapur depot express at 11:31:27 hrs. Sir i give rs 20 (Ticket rate is 15) for ticket charge and dsnr left conductor give four rupees change. When the time come to get down at adids signal (Near metro nampally). When i ask conductor reject to give 1 rupees. That one rupees is not his own that is my salary and my swet. Why shout i leave. Sir i am heart patient i can't get down from running bus. The reason asking one rupee from conductor bus not stopped in in front of station and conductor quarrels with un parliament language. Is this this conductor used this type of language is it correct.. I want action upon him.

This is summer so we used to book special service bus having ac, we are charged for ac bus 260 from hyd to warangl, not worth for mony we spent, very poor service, taking more mony and not provising minimum customer service, waste of mony in vazra buses by telangana tsrtc, providing cool less water bottles in summer, waste to travel in summer better to choose rajadhani services

Being a government employee, i didn't expect this from government travel.

The driver of my bus is sleeping while he is driving.

When asked he says that he is not the person who is supposed to be on duty today and was given duty even though he refused.
The bus is going at 80-100 kmph on orr and this guy is sleeping.

Greeting of the day.. I am the one of the passenger who travels daily in the tsrtc buses this complaint is regarding please make passenger convinent by stopping buses in correct bus station management will construct bus station but bus drivers they won't stop in fully constructed if we question reversely they will give answers like where is the stop here like for example they won't stop bus in nizam college and near assembly mainly 218 bus patancheru and lb nagar and lingampally dilahuknagar buses they won't stop here kindly take it as concern request and resolve it

Im waiting here (At achampet) for nearly 3 hours ago.. It's bad to say that i didn't found any tsrtc bus to srisailam...

Who the bloody transportation minster...
Won't have any sense..

Even though we have only one party in state.. We vote for them to see a change..

Even beggers can work more better than them..
