I have booked current ticket with bus driver vuh no TS09Z7896 from PNBS by paying 600/- actual fare 510/- driver asked for 10/-. When I am searching for change he souuted to go first and sit. Immediately I put my bag in seat and took 10/- and asked him to return. He told you have not given 600/- and get down. I showed him ticket but he did not give me 100/-. I asked him to check cash, he refused and shouted. So I am filing this complaint....

JBS to Karimnagar nonstop bus.

Bus started around 8:15 pm from JBS.
At 10pm they have stopped and halted for 34 mins for their dinner. Around 50 passengers are waiting in the bus to reach the destination. They didn't bother about passengers.
Please take such actions so that this type people never play with passengers intentions.

This is to bring to your notice that from past 2 weeks on wards 195W Metro Express Busses from Bachupally to Waverock are not coming frequently in between the time 9:00AM to 10:AM.

I usually board the bus at Nizampet. Along with me many passengers are being waiting for that bus 195W for more than 50 minutes daily. As the busses are not coming in time.

On 7th August 2023, Bus Driver, Nagesh Ganganolla, driving TSRTC bus no TS15 UD7939 of Sangareddy Depot travelling from Sangareddy to Yadagirigutta bumped my car AP28DG 1067 from back side at Madinaguda, Miyapur, Hyderabad. There was a pedestrain signal and near by we have school and during that time the driver was driving rashly, overspeeding and recklessly and bumped my car. He stopped at the accident site...

I had a reservation from khammam to kphp on 25th July 2023 for super luxury.
The actual timings of bus 12:30pm(at kmm) to 5:20pm(kphp).

This happened second time in a row the staff at the airport bus ticket counter don't accept cash and when we do upi payment it never gets accepted. Meanwhile in my account it always shows credited to beneficiary and even after sharing the details they refuse to accept that we paid it and after the payment is done via upi, they accept cash and provide the change.
Is this some kind of scam going on the airport bus ticket counter. Taking...

This happened to me two time in a row.
First they don't accept cash payment even after having change with them.
Then when we do upi payment it always gets debited from my account and credited to beneficiary, but the ticket counter person says it's not credited and then after that only he accepts cash and give the change.
Is this some kind of scam by the staff or the tsrtc itself to take passengers hard earned money this...

I have book the parcel from MEDAK TO MGBS
on 12th July 2023
Parcel is missing no response at parcel service MGBS bus stop and rudely behavior of staff

There are no buses from jbs to bodhan from two hours and there can be emergency situation where we require transport and the people who can afford bus.if questioned about the timings in the enquiry section they were saying that they have been not reported about the bus timings of nizamabad and bodhan.kindly take this situation seriously and requesting you to take further required action...
