Please clarify me why the public transportation is being misused for political meetings.

People are facing issues due to the unavailability of the buses during this period. How can you fulfill your services to provide the transportation to common people during this time.

I think, tsrtc should not support this and provide transportation only to public and not for private meetings of political parties.

Need justification and justice here.

    Dear tsrtc team,

    I am regularly travelling from hyd to bhadrachalam by using your rajadhani a/c bus service no. 34332 and some time 9:30 pm bus.

    The seats condition in those buses worst condition, push back buttons not working and without pushing back seats are bending back which distrubing passengers whole night sleep and also creating inconvince to other passengers.

    Generally passengers will choose rajadhani because of passenger can feel comfortable journey. But these type of conditions irritating passengers journey. I am repeatedly facing this problem and like there are so many. That's y am submitting complaint.
    Requesting to tsrtc kindly solve the passengers issues and make happy your passengers with your services.

      I have travelled on 14 march 2019 service no 8114 route from nirmal to jbs ticket no 60924773. Bus was late from the begining and it has supposed to reach at 5.35 pm but unfortunatly it did not reach till 6.45 pm because of this delay i did not catch my bus to pune from mgbs and for the same i run to ameerpet to catch the bus (Service no 1095, ticket no[protected] you can recheck with above service driver and there is no water bottles in bus. There is no tv or movie in the bus. Overall driver is good but maintainence of bus was very poor and service part is zero and they are allowing geys in bus and they are demanding cash rudly with passengers. This is not a first time with nirmal depot buses and every time same issue. I demand full refund to my tickets please make sure to be done asap

        Super luxury bus from hyderabad (Mgbs) to hanmakonda scheduled at 6.00pm on 15th march2019 didn't arrive at time.. I have waited for almost 1.5hrs and even i asked the enquiry multiple times, they didnot give proper response and were rude in return. After 1hr 30 mins i got into another bus.
        I would like to raise a complaint on serviceno-8350 and the driver whose phone is switched off.

        Hope tsrtc shows some responsibility and punctuality.

          Place of incident kukatpally bus stop
          Time evening 5:30pm
          When i was in the bus i took the pass and showed to the conductor and kept in my bag but i think it slipped in the bus
          It was a 218l bus
          My bus pass is lost and the register id of my pass application is [protected]
          Please i want a new pass issued
          I request with my humble heart please kindly issue a new pass

            inadequate 10h bus service

            Due to inadequate bus service of 10h busses at peak times people are facing so much of difficulty in transportation. The problem is being worse in case of students. This route being one of the very busiest, with thousands of people traveling daily, is having inadequate busses at peak times. Many are regretting due to failure of their work especially students. I'm being one of them. Even the express, delux bus services are not much available....

            Bus no. Ts07ue5126, the driver of this bus is driving very rashly, moreover he's breaking the bus in a harshly manner 4-5 ladies fell down in the bus by breaking the bus suddenly, he's not fit for driving this public transporting bus.
            He's using radio in the bus it's good but keeping high volume is not right i think so, we can't talk phone call by that volume.

            Charging points are not working in the buses.if so then remove the points from the bus...or els get it repaired .

                To day at 14: 40 hrs i renewal my monthly student bus pass worth 130rs but the employee was collected 150rs from me and i asked him why i will pay 20rs excess he said service charges what are those 10rs are enough service charges but 20 rs are more as a service charges you are collecting this is my complaint it is not a good service and this is not fair.

                Bus route. Karimnagar to Hyderabad. Bus no.TS 16 Z 0134. from Karimnagar 5 pm. Today. Air Conditioning is not working properly. On informing, the driver said that it's performance is very low. It's a clear case of deficiency of service. Do attend to it immediately. This.Rama Rao.

                  I giva 100 ruppes for ticket from uppal depot to state home off. It charges 20 ruppes at conductor didn't had change and she wote change on my ticket 80 ruppes.

                    Service number 7273. Expected time to arrive jbs @12:45am. Now it's already 1 hour late and when i called to driver he said bus is still at mgbs. That means it is going to come after 40 min, total around 2 hours late. Who is responsible for this. What is the use of booking online? How disgusting it is. We have urgent works. Tsrtc ruined it with late.

                      As a super luxury visit starts in jobs on 09th march 2019 bus started at 7.30pm it's now 11.30 still the bus didn't crossed shanigaram.
                      Very slow driving and multiple stops
                      And the has stopped by robert wantedly a private hotels on the way.
                      The bus number is ts 02z 0219.
                      Please take theaction.
                      And when i'm asking him for too much late he is replying that i will go like this if you have any problem go and give complaint to tsrtc.
                      "no bother about that"
                      This is his reply.
                      So please take an avtion.

                        We booked a ticket from kothagudem to godhavarikhani in super luxury bus that details are given here bus service no. 7259. Ticket no. 60849656. While traveling my bag was missed. After reached my destination i am trying to find my bag its not. Found in bus. I complained to bus driver.in my bag we kept valuable things.in that bus there is no minimum security like cc cams. Please do a kind justice to me.

                          While we are travelling from kothagudem to godavarikhani as on[protected] through bus service no 7259/bcm-gdk i observed that i lost my bag. I think some one stolen my bag. So please do proper enquire and find my bag. Am given a complete at godavarikhani busstand. But am make a complent through 0nline. Somany important things and gold also there in that bag so please find the bag and hand over to me.

                            I boarded miryalaguda bound tsrtc bus on 9, the march, 2019 at 7.45 am from dilsuknagar depot. (Ap24z 0130).
                            The driver cum conductor refused to give change and misbehaved at me. Even he asked me to get down the bus.
                            Really, it's unfortunate to have such people in your organization. The bus is halted and he has sufficient change.
                            Plz take action.

                              I said that i would get down the bus at the last stop that is where is halt for 10-15 mins because lb nagar circle is very busy and bus would take a u turn.. but conductor was talking very harshly.. i requested that because it is very long for me to cross the road and crossing is also very risky. The bus conductor said me to get down at lb nagar metro station. And i had to all the way cross lb nagar ring road

                                Service no:7376 JBS-JAGITYAL.
                                4 mistakes which can not be tolerated.

                                1.None of the reserved candidates sat on
                                their reserved seats.

                                2.No action was taken by driver even we complined.

                                3.Bus departed at 5:05 PM results that 2 people missed the bus

                                4.when they finally catched the bus in runnng by another vehcle, driver argued with them.

                                  While the whole country is bearing down on noise pollution, tsrtc buses have horns in them that break every noise pollution rule.
                                  The horns are so loud that they can create deafness, high blood pressure, and irritation.
                                  More so, drivers are forever happy to sit blowing their horns non-stop and continuous. Kindly replace the horns to acceptable decimql levels.

                                    As of now i am still waiting for a local bus i. E 300 (Uppal - mehdipatnam) for nearly an hour i. E from 9:20 to 10:30. As uppal is the starting point for this bus can i know the exact reason why 5 buses of number 300 had passed without stopping at uppal bus stop bearing timings between 9:30 to 10:20.
                                    Or i should think that tsrtc will not be to provide services after 9 pm.

                                      I’m a daily traveler in the route of 222l. This is with bad experience that i have been through such scenarios where conductors keep the change even if they have the change with them intentionally.
