For the last 25-years we have been using the rtc for travelling to gangavathi, karnataka and we are happy for the same.

But, for sometime, the bus from kphb to gangavathi destination/route has been cancelled. When we ask the concerned rtc managers they said 'due to insufficient occupancy' the route/bus is cancelled. But, to our knowledge and experience most of the time bus is full. Unfortunately, this is the only bus which directly goes to gangavathi and most of the passengers are happy for the route and fair also.

We would request for re-starting the bus considering the facts and figures.
If required, we are ready for discussion.

    I had booked a ticket from kphb colony to guntur with journey date 05/03/19, 10:30 pm at kphb colony with service no 1541, bus was started and travelled for 2 hrs reached nearly choutuppal, then driver stopped the bus without any intimation, he exchanged the passenger to another bus service no 1633, the reservation passenger faced the problem having no seats upto nalgonda, and that service 1633 bus driver were very rude towards passengers, time was very late, he stops the bus everywhere and bus was very lately reached to guntur... Worst service by tsrtc, how can you exchange reservation passengers to another bus, then what is need of reservation, please return my money i[censored] can't placed proper service to people, i am sharing the photos, please take action on this issue...

      4th march 2019, morning i'm on my way to classes... A tsrtc (Ap 29 z 3752) bus driver has crossed the red signals twice
      1. Vidhya nagar &
      2. Fever hospital
      Which i have noticed only on my way...

      May the morning roads be with very less traffic but if any accident happen due to the drivers carelessness the other side must be suffered...
      If the government busses jump signal, why don't common man gets encouraged seeing this???
      I am requesting u to take a strict sincere action on that bus driver... (Proof : pics of that bus crossing red signal near fever hospital while i'm waiting)

      Sir, i have been waiting for 113 M/W from 1 hr in mid afternoon in khajaguda X roads, the bus driver didn't even stop the bus at the bus stop i am waiting . He couldn't even see me running.
      Dear sir, /madam,
      Yadadri is a big temple every day, specific Ally on Saturday and Sunday visits lot of people like me. But in the evening we unable to get the buses return to Hyderabad. kindly understand the situation and arrange further facilities please

        Dear tsrtc,

        This is one of the passengers who proffered to travel on tsrtc very frequently from bengalore to hanmakonda on week end. On 1st march evening 9:15 service no 8202 garuda volve bus drive who is like a fat person asked me money to change the seat due to my seat is beside a girl, even i have my confirmed ticket. The drive and who was told as superior has forced me to give extra money to shift my number (Adjust my seat) like this so on and so forth. Please avoid correction at base level as well instead of high this will help to build a beautiful telangana.

          Sir we the teachers of Ghatkesar travelling from ghatkesar to Uppal in AP29Z 2121 ( Bus of Jangam to Jagathgirgutta ), The District Bus stopped in Ghatkesar Bust stand, We the Lady teachers 10 member boarded into the Bus, then conducted rudely behaved with us. Why are boarding in this bus, you would have to board local bus. She insulted us " Are you boarding into district bus Because of Rs.13/- where if you travell in local bus whose charge Rs.15/- " The Bus driver also stopped bus and argued with us .

          Driver cum conductor in this bus I have taken bus Kaiwara cross but given from Chintamani. The driver itself stopped bus then I taken bus he didn't informed me normal charge. Mean which after 7 kms bus got some repairs some how bus came to upto Hoskote. Then stopped after that all passengers taken another bus but driver don't have concern about passenger. Pls take action.

          I spend extra 200rs apart from bus ticket.
          Mr Laxman driver with bus no Ap 28z 4548 with I'd no 215554 hit my car badly at sec bad and left. Also spoke to Depo manager Mr Rao Garu.. time at 2 pm . Plz take nessessry action.

            I am traveling from hyderabad to nizamabad in super luxury bus of rate 232 rupees which is different compare to online 196 rupees. Even, we don't have proper facilities such as television for which there are charging. If govt of telangana is charging us the amount then there need to provide it else don't charge us.

            Bus no 227 from Secunderabad to Bahadurapally is running at a very low frequency. It's been an hour since people have been waiting at the paradise stop but there's no sign of the bus. Requesting the corporation to improve the frequency of the bus reducing the inconvenience cause for the frequent travellers.
            Bus no TS34z0014 driver brought the bus to Narketpalli bus station even if there is no seat... As we entered to the bus my father is an handicapped person asked for seat. The driver speaking vulgarly against my father, without having sense of love or respect towards old and handicapped. Is this way people behave with all.

              In rajamundry the service no.8669 bus has to come by 11:55pm but till 12.05am it did not come o enquiry it is known that the bus comes in rajamundry by 1:30min. Delay. The rajamundry rtc office people has no answer for delay bcause the bus belongs to telangana depot. I just want to know that why correct time not updated in online. Because of this waiting time in waiting in bus stand with facing lot of inconvenience. Hope this blunder and carelessness not repeated tsrtc.
              Expecting reply as early as possible.

                Bus number AP29Z 1933. really experienced the worst ever driver. I happened to travel to hyderabad. The driver of this bus evening was scolding dimaag leda for his mistakes and started using a vulgar language. After telling him that i vil complain to his officials he was just saying no one can't even pluck his hair and was very reckless. Is this the way driver treats a passenger. Is fir this u r paying him salaries to scold us vulgarly

                  I booked ticket from hyderabad to khammam with atm card on 24/02/2019 at 16:12:42 hrs. My account was debited rs 355/- to travel on 25/02/2019 in rajadhani service. I received payment success acknowledgement vide[protected] ref no [protected] by e-mail. Ticket was not generated. Till now i didn't not received refund amount or refund intimation. Please do the needful in the matter.

                    I have been observing since last 3 years, there were no busses running in peak time from patancheru to gachibowli. From 9-10am there were more buses which are almost free. Today i waited 1hour from 10am to 11.10 am, but there were no buses available at this time. After 11 am one bus came that too full not even having space to stand. It's really sad to see atleast one bus is also not available during this time. There were so many people who are working in gachibowli coming from patancher, beeramguda, ashok nagar.
                    Could you please increase increase the no. Of buses at this time as we are suffering from traveling to gachibowli.

                        We people chose Super luxury services over express srvc only with a reason of charging socket availability and iam observing since last 10 journeys in karimnagar to hyderabad or hyderabad to karimnagar route that no bus is had a working socket in all these journeys in a span of last 2 months. And today iam in a bus and came across same issue. The super luxury bus service no is 7085 karimnagar to Hyderabad having plenty of sockets throughout the bus but, no socket is in working condition the reason for which we chose a super luxury over a express is all about seats and charging sockets and this is disgusting that we don't getting what we are paying for. TSRTC should look over this

                          Bus is staying more than 1 hour from 1.45 to 3.15 even latter buses going to their destination and reach to us every passenger waiting... Irregularity in bus timings makes public in comfortable as time is limited especially for students like me just simply wasted my valuable time stupid controls by rs rtc on their staff this is how u people wasted our money and time and u said rtc in loss this show how u looted people ap 11z5869

                            Hi, i'm from sircilla, i have booked the tsrtc bus from sircilla to hyderabad, pick up time from sircilla is 9.30 am, i have called the bus driver he told me that bus is still at vemulawada depot and he was searching for ticket machine, will be reach sircilla by 30 mins late, i'm facing this type of issue second time, two weeks back i have faced the same issue, please take on action on vemulawada depot management.

                              I travelled multiple times in pushpak but none of the tc tender the change. For example: fare from airport to kukatpally is 265 but t. C. Charged 270 and when we ask for 5 ₹ change then t. C. Ask us to give change instead of returning 5₹. Apparently, we don't have change and he keep 5₹ with him. It's a strange practice and i am sure many traveller tips would have faced the same

I got confirmation message that money was debited from my bank account but not credited ticket got confirmed .it was booked over the name of Shailesh Kashi. I want my money to be refunded

                                There is no proper maintanance of seats and interiors are not in healthy and hygine...
                                Even glasses are dirty...
                                Journey in this bus is not at all fullfill the rtc promising words to passengers.
                                Its clearly showing the maintanance state and style of the particular depot and i'm observing the same bus in the same state from last 5 months...
                                I request you to do the needful and maintain or replace the bus as per your guidelines at not the cost of passengers safety and comfort

                                        In mgbs they are charging money rs.5 for free toilets (Toilet no.3) opposite to platform no.13, i asked him about toilets are free even he took rs.3 & when i about to call the complaint no. Which is displayed on the board then he returned my money back rs.5 & shop no.100 i bought a kinley water bottle i asked them mrp is rs.20, they charged me rs.25
