We are facing problems since many days. As there is only one bus i. E 37 in the morning it is very crowded and its never on time, the next bus is 1 or 2 hrs later. Majority of them are students. Being girls here it is so difficult to hang outside. Even the driver doesn;t stop the bus, he just slows down there are chances to fall down. Moreover some of the drivers behave so rudely with the passengers.

So i kindly request you to increase the no. Of buses or any anyother possible measures which you can take.

While I was traveling from MANCHERIAL to MGBS, i really suffered alot with the services..Rude behavior of driver towards the passenger... Not in time.. unauthorized stops in between the journey.
Why there are no proper frequency in the evening from waverock to upal, why buses get delayed and cancelled regularly depending on driver's will and all, can't there be better frequency(after 9 am), proper timings of these buses

    We regular traveling from KPHB colony to other locations In Hyderabad city.
    Few of the Conductors are not providing ticket from KPHB COLONY, instead of that they are providing ticket from telephone exchange(actuall cost +5 RS extra).
    If we ask them they are telling we are unable to provide ticket from KPHB COLONY.
    they are telling us to give complent against regarding this.

    Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

    Station master said Nirmal To nagpur bus will arvied on 9.30pm still there is 12.30am bus are not arrived at bus stand people are waiting here for mor than 3 or 4 hr. What should we do now. It is very unprofessional..what people do about that it is very bad experience about Telangana.
    One of the Bus (route 279) which is double linked (bus-link-bus) model is not in a good condition and looks dangerous.

    Attached the photo. It is not at all safe on our roads seeing its condition. Better stop this service or restructure it properly.

      When I was travelling from Khammam To Wyra, i boarded an Express bus which belongs to Kothagudem depot with Reg no AP20Z0135.I boarded the bus At Khammam Bus station at around 15.50 on 09-11-18.The Driver Drove the bus very rash, was overtaking the vehicles in a risky manner.The road is very dangerous.Accidents occur on this road frequently.Conductor wasn't even suggesting the driver.

        I travel regularly from hanumakonda l to jangaon. Regularly more than 50 passengers including me facing the problem that there is a board in bus from hanumakonda to uppal via ghanpur and jangaon but in bus they are not allowing jangaon passengers regularly. I made a phone call to jangaon manager but there is no proper response. Please solve this

          There is a huge scarcity of buses in diamond point to secunderabad route during the afternoon times everyday. Almost from 1:00 pm to 3:00pm.. I understand that this is a lunch time.. However the timings have to be scheduled according so that the public would not suffer.

          We stand almost for 45 mins to 1 hr just for one single bus to arrive. Request you to please look into this issue as soon as possible so that the frequency of buses would be more.

          There are many aged people standing at the bus-stop waiting for hours, causing great inconvenience.

            not stopping in stage

            I was waiting at dharmapur stage for going to mothkur hq. Tsrtc bus no ts07ue4854 at around 9.00pm. The driver was not stopped the bus. He is not concentrate on passangers. And not giving respect to passengers. Rude behave while driving the bus. This is for your kind information to take necessary action to aware her duties.. Customer is always god to any organization......

            Dear tsrtc,
            Tsrtc local transportation busses of any type are not stopping in the newly arranged bus bays and they stop on the main roads, due to which common people like me are unable to get the bus standing in the bus bay which are built for the safety of the people. If they stop only on the road people stand on the roads and face accidents and stopping the busses on the roads is creating lot of traffic issues. Telangana government has made these bus bays for the safety and convenience of the people and tsrtc also. Kindly make your drivers follow the traffic rules and regulations.

              I had book the tickets on October 8 through mobile, but seat was not provided for me, I had paid money 2 times, my money was debited from card so i complained about money to customer service number, it is nearly 1 month but I did not receive any refund till now, I am countinuesly calling to the customer care number from last month, they are not responding at all, please provide my money/refund as early as possible, thank you

                Rtc is playing huge role in public transport. Some times i see number of buses at same time and these will go with less occupancy. It will be loss to the govt. And if we see after 10 pm there will be no buses in the route of mehdipatnam and uppal (300 route). Lot of people suffering due to this issue. People are waiting for at least 30 to 45 minutes in the rethibowli bus stop and looking for private transport.
                Customer experience will go wrong in this cases only. And also if rtc operated in peak and late hours with minimal bused this will be huge benefited for all public. I taken the example route and suffering with this problem. There will be lots of other routes also.
                Like other private transport if rtc works inline with public interest. It will be very benefited for rtc and public. There should be separate app for rtc which can be used to share the feedback of rtc along with routes and bus numbers so that rtc can look at public feedback.

                Just giving a thought if rtc for public benefit and interest definitely it grows like anything. If rtc operates as their wish it will be difficult to maintain rtc. Please consider the public feedback and make the rtc staff works sincerely. Some buses will return in middle of the routes also.

                    Ashish garden and chinna thokata bus stop in the route secunderabad to new bowenpally is not stopping for pickup as the mentioned bus stop is near to my home.in the map it's show the bus stop and as well as in hyderabad rtc app.

                    I would request kindly instruct the bus driver and conductors to stop at least for 10 seconds only. Since i have to walk 15 minutes from my residence till the bowenpally bus stop that is very far away. And the near bus stops ashish garden and chinna thokata is near.

                    The route is nh44 it's very dangerous to take wake to bowenpally as the road is very busy. Even the vehicle crosses the white line at the side of the road. The hich is very dangerous. I had many near miss events.

                    So, i therefore request you to kindly consider my application.

                        Was travelling from mumbai vashi to hyderabad on nov 3rd 2018. Mentioned pick up point was vashi old toll naka and hthe bus has not stopped at vashi plaza instead of vashi old toll naka. Bus was late and when asked driver why they haven't stopped at old toll naka, he just scolded me and did nothing... No call or details about service has been indicated to me nor the change of pick up point...

                            At around 08:18 bus no. Ap 28 z 5462 driver hasn't stopped completely at hayathnagar bus stop (Opp. Hayathnagar police station) even after aware of passengers who are about to board the bus. More over he is moving with less speed without stopping for a second also. One has to board the bus running. Is this the way they provide service to the public. This is the four time i have observed it. Please do take necessary action.

                              Daily i used to travel from chandanagar to nizam college i observed that the bus drivers are not stopping bus near nizam college bus stop... And they are behaviour is very rude with the passengers and the management why u constructed bus stop beside nizam college for show purpose are what i am writing this complaint because the tsrtc department is providing pathetic service literally i travel in dsnr metro deluxe bus on 31st oct 2018 driver i'd is 211303 and bus num ap11z73 he didn't stopping the bus in bus stop... And he reverse asking me the question where is the stope heare i won't encourage this please kindly take action on this please make sure that all bus should stope in nizam college bus stope because your are their to serve the customer not for your job satisfaction your eating our mony not government mony

                                I have observed that most the seats which are reserved for women are occupied by men. Conductors are not playing a proactive role in reserving the seats for women from men. Rtc should pass a circular and counsel their conductors for making women reserved seats should only be occupied by women and there should be a penalty whoever violate this code strictly.

                                  I am vasanta rao p. I have paid on line towards issue of two tickets as follows. On[protected]. For journey from hyderabad to chennur.

                                  1. By debit card sbipg[protected] through gateway tgrtc bus ebs mumbai rs.955.
                                  Since i did not get tickets i have again booked.
                                  2. Debit card othpg 070215 tsrtc hyd. Rs. 998 and not received tickets

                                  I complained twice on[protected], but my amount is not refunded so far. The same may be arranged immediately.

                                    Today in the morning hours i was traveling in this bus which was very difficult, this bus driver behaviour was very very rude & very irresponsible with the passengers, he is not stopping the bus at main stops & he is not bothering about that, by his carelessness today i have faced much problem, my stop is punjagutta but he didn't stopped at my stop & dropped me in ameerpet...                                       I have tried booking ticket for 16/10/2018 from hyd to warangal on 15/10/2018. I have received the mail stating that payment was successful, but tickets were not booked. I have sent a mail to online. [protected]@tsrtcbus.in regarding this issue but there is no response except an automated mail reply stating that their person will resolve the issue. They don't have my contact number and customer care number[protected] doesn't even work to talk to any of their representative. It has been 15 day's from the day when money was deducted. Till now there is no update. Why to provide services without any facilities? Where are the details in the online website provided??? Other than unresponded mail i. D with a contact number which will not be answered. This doesn't seems like a government service. I was in dilemma whether i can receive the refund or not. No proper information to contact any of the concerned persons. Very pathetic situation.
