Route 1V did not stop at the bus stop and I have struggle to board the bus risking my life. I happen before RTC cross road. Golconda cross road bus stop.

Not yet received my driving licence
I had not yet received my driving license from the Telangana state transport department, as my application was approved on 18/04/2023 and card printed on 19/04/2023 and its been nearly 6 months but not delivered.

Dear TSRTC, Please add few more buses to the route ECIL to Shapur (24SS) bus. At the morning time 8-9:30 AM and evening time 6-7:30 PM people were suffering due to lack of buses. As the Loyola college was located in the Suchitra route, so many college students and general public were depending on the bus. Please add few more buses in that route. As this is my kindfull request to the TSRTC....

On 19th of December, 2023, I travelled from Nizamabad to JBS in Rajadhani Bus ( TS 09 Z 7604 ). The price of the ticket is Rs: 420/-. So, i maid a online payment through Phone pay. After completion of the payment, driver said, your payment was not done, you should pay the amount through cash. I also maid an argument. All the department of Nizamabad depot came there and said, you will get your refund in just 24 hours. After the discussion for some time, I payed through cash. They gave me a number to ask about refund. I called that given number and they asked me to send the ticket in what's app. I sent it to them through what's app. They said, it takes 5 working days. I again asked them after 5 working days. They said, it may take more 3 to 4 working days. I also waited for more days as they said. From past 2 days they are saying that, we will enquire it once again. But today,[protected], its 18 days already. Form today, they are not even responding to me. They leaving my messages unread and calls like missed calls. I also asked them contact or e-mail about their head of the department. They are saying PLEASE. Their number is [protected]. Conductor didn't let me in in to bus, and she is being very rude, and abused me....

My request to Hon'ble tsrtc.

2 kg less. The rice bag is torn. The elder sister said, sorry sir, wear a sticker next to you and go.
One boy next to me. Atleast without politeness. I will not give stikker to anyone who gets fish. So give me my 2 kg rice.

Its been obsessed that bus number 300 which start from mehdipatnam to Uppal, we started our journey from aramghar x road to hafiz babanagar, but on the ticket mentioned aramghar x road to phisal-banda, which charge 25rs. As bus conductor says there is no bus stop feeded in handy ticket machine he changed 5rs extra to us, apart from me he did the same for other passengers too not only that but also need to provide Phone/Google pay options as well.

Hence I would like to request to update ticket machines with all the bus stops in TSRTC routes so that no one will suffer this kind of excess amount.

This is to complaint against conductor knowing that ladies seat should be given to ladies which was occupied by gents. Instead of giving to me holding 1 yr old kid, he is asking me to go at the last seats and saying that it works only in city side not here. It is very disappointing that government allocate seat for us and conductors are not supporting. I had to go back between men to sit just because he didn't follow the rules.I have right to take ladies seat if gents are sitting but conductor itself supporting men to occupy as rules are only for city people.

This should be action ed immediately and awareness should be given to conductors that rules are rules for every person and everywhere... Irrespective of city or village or long journey.

On 14.9.2023 at around 2.30pm i was waiting at bowenpally signal, to my right side was tsrtc bus bearing vehicle num AP 21Z 0229, Then that tsrtc bus took sudden right turn by jumping red signal causing damage to my right orvm and scraping of paint of my right door.

The conductor of 23B bus in the vehicle number AP29Z0453 on the 5th September gave a ticket to me and I gave him 100. He was very rude and told me people without change should not enter the bus. He had change but he was not ready to give it back. While going He gave me the change but again told the same way.

Hyderabad to adilabad rajadhani bus service no 7944 was repaired and passengers faced problems alot and by 7 30 we have to reach adilabad, but now the time is 8:05 pm we are still at nirmal only the worst service by the tsrtc

The respected persons should check the bus basic checking before the journey only, this is purely the negligence of the respected persons.

See recently I'm traveling from Bangalore ( kemepegowda Bus Station) to Hyderabad in a super luxury with the service no. 7144 Karimnagar depot. The bus driver charged me 1000/- when taking the ticket inside the bus but when checked through online it is 750/- only. Since the bus is free I opted out to book online.
Now I regret the decision on not choosing online.
Just yesterday I traveled from Hyderabad to Bangalore in Garuda plus with 1030
Is the cost of super luxury and Garuda the same? Ones an AC bus and other being a non AC

I strictly ask of my refund for this service which demanded higher amount.

I have booked current ticket with bus driver vuh no TS09Z7896 from PNBS by paying 600/- actual fare 510/- driver asked for 10/-. When I am searching for change he souuted to go first and sit. Immediately I put my bag in seat and took 10/- and asked him to return. He told you have not given 600/- and get down. I showed him ticket but he did not give me 100/-. I asked him to check cash, he refused and shouted. So I am filing this complaint. I am also Govt employee of SCDD department. Please take action on him

JBS to Karimnagar nonstop bus.

Bus started around 8:15 pm from JBS.
At 10pm they have stopped and halted for 34 mins for their dinner. Around 50 passengers are waiting in the bus to reach the destination. They didn't bother about passengers.
Please take such actions so that this type people never play with passengers intentions.

While I was travelling from secundrabad railway station to bits Pilani, There is one conductor who is short, bald head and spectacles who does his duty sometimes in 212 bus.Actually what he is doing is taking money from passengers and without noting down the amount given, he is arguing when you have given me money in a rash manner and insulting infront of the passengers(for example he has tajen 100/- and didnt even give single rupee), as i travel during the weekends I have observed this behavior with few other passengers and he is very rude with his talking . As it was observed 5-6 times, he was doing it purposefully rather than by mistake.This is the bus number TS07 UB 6716.I dont know the conductor name but I know the dates when he came[protected]:00 PM),[protected] and[protected]:00 AM).Please look into this matter seriously.

Hi sir I have waiting for a long time in front me there 3 buses has passed but no one is stopping and A BUS WITH FREE SEATS I SAW TS 17 T 2626 HE going very rude I have lift my hand and follow follow for 4 teps even though he didn't stopped

280 bus secunderabad to ghatkesar is not arriving on time in the morning which is causing delay at work.

Hi Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that from past 2 weeks on wards 195W Metro Express Busses from Bachupally to Waverock are not coming frequently in between the time 9:00AM to 10:AM.

I usually board the bus at Nizampet. Along with me many passengers are being waiting for that bus 195W for more than 50 minutes daily. As the busses are not coming in time.

As it is a peak time for the people who are choosing public transport to commute to offices.

So i request you to make sure the 195W Bachupally to Waverock busses are running on time Or increase the busses frequency during that period of time.
