Stopping many times near busstand from karimnagar to nizambad

Their corresponding depo nzb 2 bus gone before after starting late from karimnagar

And have taken 100 members on bus from karimnagar to jagital

Pls take action as it was careless driving

I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to razole with ticket no:59086752 service no:7893 and journey date is[protected], and the stop from where i should be picked is vanasthalipuram.
It is given on ticket that the departure time is 19:35.
I called to the number [protected] at 19:20which i have received through messagefrom tsrtc to inquire where the bus is at present. The person who responded to my call said it is at koti. After 40 min again i had called to him and he said that it is in mgbs and finally after 21:20 the person called me that he is in lbnagar and asked me where i am. I said that i'm in vanasthalipuram. He asked me where it is?
There is a passenger and the bus has to pick him from the stop from where he booked the ticket.
The driver and the conductor doesn't know anything.
After sometime i called him and asked where the bus is?
They said it is in hayathnagar.
What kind of service is this from tsrtc.

After waiting for more than 2hrs and the bus has not stopped. And because i called him i could atleast then came to know the bus already passed my stop and it is going and it is 4km away.
Luckily my friend is with me with vehicle and he dropped me at hayathnagar.
After getting into bus when i questioned the driver and conductor that what is this that you have done
They have replied very irresponsibly and spoke very harshly. I asked him the depot manager number. Then he got angry that complain to whomsoever you want. He saidme to get down from bus and complaint.
Really with this experience trust me i will never ever book a ticket from tsrtc.
Very poor service.
I really felt very ashamed when the co passengers asked me why ur late.
I am waiting for 2 hrs and just because your staff had no knowledge it appeared like i was late and the bus was waiting for me.
Just imagine how bad was the situation.
Take action on your staff and i will go to any extent for the service i have received

I have booked a ticket from khammam to KPHB Colony(hyderabad) on 25th august with ticket no:[protected]fare 386.00)but still didnt receive the refund From tsrtc.in

I have booked a ticket from armoor to secunderabad on 25th sept 2018 and the bus was cancelled by tsrtc for no reasons and was told through a message that the amount will be refunded. However, i have not received any refund till date. Kindly provide the refund for the journey which was cancelled for no reason. Awaiting your response.

Hi, daily i travel from dilsukhnagar to prashasan nagar in deluxe buses but gents are being seated in ladies seats and if there is no written name over the seat as ladies gents are marking those seats as ladies and they are sitting in those seats when same issue raised to conductor but there is no response from his side.
There is no bus frequency for 127, 47l, 47y and sometimes driver won't stop bus in bus stop.

Today (10 october 2018) morning around 8am, i was riding a scooty to my work place in jubilee hills when a tsrtc bus number ap 11 z 6560, hit me. He didnt even wait to check if i was okay or not and just drove past. He just hit me and ran. When i motioned the driver to stop the bus, he ignored me and gestured me to go away and sped up. I want immediate action against the driver.

Am santosh and am a male person went to take a fresh metroexpress bus pass in kphb branch the person who sat there was entered my details wrongly instead of entering male they have entered female. So i went back again and i have asked to change my details but instead of changing my details those people had make to stand in the sunlight for and hour and behaved like an illiterate person and spoke very rudly and simple they have attached small white paper and again they gave me my id back.
It's seems those people are doing there job without taking any money.
I demand an explanation about this as earliest as possible.

Today morning i am waiting telkapally bustand 4.45 am for achampet - hyderabad bus. Today i have pgcrt exam at deshmukh village, pochampally. But that bus no. Ap29z1672 was came telkapally 5.35 and reached kalwakurthy 6.10 then the bus stopped 20 mins. Totally that bus delayed 1 hr above. Actually that bus started in telkapally 5 am.in that reason i missed my exam. So concern officers please take necessary action to concerns driver and conductor. Action taken to this type of incident will not occurred. Please protect of hope (Believe) on tsrtc.

Now am travelling from mgbs to armoor in ADILABAD Depot bus.i tooked travelling ticket and luggage ticket also.but still he demanding amount of 200 rupees . So we said cancel our ticket and refund my amount. He said I won't refund money and give Extra money and travel also take your luggage and go any where and you complaint for high officials I won't care and it's ### for me he told.is that service you are providing to the customers and you say make in Telangana. how it possible with these type of irresponsible driver cum conductor.

Today i have travelled in tsrtc bus from gudimalkapur to golden forms. Bus not stopped in bus stop. Even we and students make sound also not stopped the bus. Next stop aziznagar village only bus stopped. I have asked the conductor and driver they have given irresponsible answer "we will not stop"
Please take action on condern conductor and driver. Why becuase he was telling we don't know anybody is there for get down. While issue the ticket itself he can able to know which stop people are taken ticket.

I travel in rajdhani ac bus from hanmakonda to hyderabad on weekends since two weeks they (Helpers and drivers) are not providing water bottles, though they are taking 15rs for the same. They do take 15 rs from every passenger. It's clearly mentioned in the payment details that 15 rs goes for amenities.
This is not only restricted to hanmakonda and hyderabad route but also to other cities
Please look into this problem and take action

I tried to book a ticket from spl to hyd on 27th sept 2018 payment was done and i've also got a payment acknowledgement mail also but the tickt was not booked, they have given a reference no ticket id : 24668

There are very less number of buses in the gachibowli-miyapur route to/fro mehdipatnam. 1 bus in an hour is too much. Same thing goes from mehdipatnam to alwyn colony. Request you to please assign more number of buses. Between 12 to 3, none buses go in the specified route. There are many people in this route who travel but this makes it difficult.

Please look into this.

Tsrtc has no stabilityto stand on its own, when disauster occurs because the it doesn't maintain any proper money on its own it maintans only the daily regulated amount by services so this system of fluctuating in critical bias should go
For this we need to implement or generate the innovation in tsrtc
I took up the challenge for that i framed very simple and easy mode of generating crores with no investment it is full of easy and best way which also digitalises the whole tsrtc without troubling the people
It completely transforms all types of passengers whether they are literate/illiterae this service which i desgined is much helpful to present world of tsrtc to sustain for longtime in trending world

Visibility was very clear in the road at opp durgabhai deshmukh hospital signal when RTC bus driver tried to overtake my car and hit the left side back driver says it's very common and u have not died so take it easy is this the way to speak after hitting my vehicle .

Yesterday (28/9/2018) i took a bus at Vivekananda nagar colony(Kukatpally), i waiting for bus conductor to come and give the ticket but he didn't came, he sat some where in boys section and chitchatting with some passengers, till the time ticket checking officer came and asked me for a ticket, i said i just came waiting for conductor, but he asked me for 50 rs, i gave him, but he didn't gave me any receipt for that, i asked why you are taking money from me when conductor is at fault.If i am at fault he will ask for 500, he just took 50 rs and not gave the receipt, and didn't take any action on that conductor. Seriously i just hate these govt services, they never take against them. they Just loot the money from passengers. Even i have seen he is taking money from another passenger from previous bus(Secundrabad to KPHB route, at 7PM), at bharath nagar.same persons came to bus Secundrabad to sai nagar bus checking again took money from me without any my mistake.I trust you people take action.

On 29/09/2018 at 9:27 am, i took a bus 95d at busbay danamma jhupdi. As bus was little fast i didn't see bus. No. Board properly and took the bus. I want to go koti but bus was till afzalgunj only. Very earlier as i took bus i want to get down but conductor forcefully charged me till afzal gunj fare and his language was very very harsh.
So, i request you to kindly take necesaary action on such employees.
Rather tsrtc should be friendly but it seems unfriendly.

The complaint is about tsrtc online bus booking.
Money got canceled from my bank account bus ticket did not get confirmed. I have faced this problem many times, whenever i call for costumer care people they just reply that you will get your money back within a week but then i did not get my money back and this is not just once i have faced it lot of times but this time i can’t wait to complain. It is not seeming fair. I demand you to check on your issues with online booking. I repeat please do resolve this problem. I need my money back. I hope you will deal with this problem and save our money and time.

Condator was saying that pass is not valid, and was speaking roodley she was using vulgar language like u want to sit with couples thats the reason you are getting into this bus we asked her is this bus private she was diverting the topic by saying that i was just joking so please i hope you will look into the matter and take some action.
