We booked a ticket from JBS to Mancherial for service number 8179 with TKT NO 52293278. The bus should start from MGBS at 07:45AM and should be available at 08:30AM in JBS. But the bus arrived at 09:02AM in JBS, here 32 min delay, when i tried to complaint this to Station Manager, he was not available and i almost tried for 30 mins to catch him in JBS, when i asked about this at enquiry they were saying this is common and expected for MNCL depot buses and sometimes the delay may be 1hr, how can they say like this? And the bus has to be reached Mancherial by 01:35PM, but the bus reached Mancherial at 03:05PM, here the delay is 1hr30min. Why the TSRTC posted the wrong timings in website and charged Rs.20 for reservation, are we earning money without work and is our time not precious? In what way i can get justice. This is the example for the problems of citizens in Hyderabad because of TSRTC, then what about the people in Rural area? Was this information helpful? |
