Dear Sir,
I have booked a ticket from Eluru to Hyderabad(LB Nagar) on 21st August 2022, 22:30PM, Ticket Number is 68678749, Service number is 88675;
Passenger Name:Nagababu, Contact No:[protected].
I got reached to Eluru bus station by 22:00PM on 21st August 2022, waited up to 23:00PM at Eluru and enquired with Eluru Bus station enquiry executive he said bus will come in 15min, then again 30min, .. like this.
waited up to 23:45PM midnight at bus station and Called to Customer care, then Customer care executive has told me that Bus was cancelled due to technical issues.
Is it correct? I am asking you, if you do not able to operate bus from Eluru to Hyderabad then you can keep calm, we can book other bus. that to you people has not given any prior intimation before departure of journey.
The same thing will happens to your beloved family... then what is your reaction i am asking??
The reason why i am filing complaint here is, it should not repeat to any passenger in future from you, and that mid night i have struggled so much, if it is happened to a female passenger? how hectic it is??
How irresponsible you have showed here??
Really i am not going to book a TSRTC tickets in future and from large family relations also.

Finally i got connection with TSRTC ASSt. Manager Traffic CI, his number [protected]. he has arranged bus from Kalaparru tollgate to Vijayawada, that Mid night i have reached Kalaparru toll gate with my huge luggage with help of my beloved brother.
after that, that bus driver has behaved very rudely, bus number is TS 08 Z 0253, that driver has spoken very too much, he has showed too much frustration on me.
This is about TSRTC.
Lastly i am requesting you people is, treat passengers as humans, passengers are not animals.
