Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Bus got broke down and no other arrangements

I have boarded a super luxury bus on 25 Jan 2021 in the morning at 8:30 and the vehicle registration number is TS03 Z 0432. It got broke down at ghanpur and there is not other arrangements made for 1 hour, the management were not responding properly. Such behaviour should not be repeated. The higher officials should take proper action to avoid theses circumstances in future.
