Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Bus got delayed for 2 Hours

I have booked my ticket from Hyderabad to nandigama with sevice number(4751) which was started at 8:35 am near kphb and it was supposed to drop me at 1:30 pm
But it's 1:50 now ..it's still in suryapet ..seems like there is no one to question him ...he is literally halting on every stop.This is not at all fair ..if i have known this earlier I could have taken any super luxury or other way ..why should I pay 600/- for this ?????
kindly take a strict action on this kind of drivers ..
