Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Bus is late and driver is too negligent to answer

I have booked a ticket from Mgbs Hyderabad to Vijayawada. It has to arrive by 11.10pm and it arrived by 12.13am.

Bus service no 1649 rajadhani

Driver is too negligent to answer.customer care executive also too rude to answer and o passenger.

Bus is also very old and seats are not working properly.seats are not going back to lay down.

Y these type of buses are running down.
