Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Bus late and irresponsible behavior

Dear TSRTC,

My bus service no 1595, actually time in miyapur at 10.40pm, but bus came at 11.45pm that bus driver thr way of talking is very bad and no communication.
My train in vijayawada at 6am.whther we have to reach or not on time no idea.
If my train miss who is responsible.

Please take an action.
