Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Bus not available

We have done reservation for 6members from Karimnagar to JBS(Secunderabad) on may 9th at 3.30Am. But at bus stand bus not available as provided in reservation ticket.
As per ticket bus service no:7134 super luxury
Ticket no:67693290
Another bus arranged and that bus driver also giving irresponsible answers, i will move after 1hour from busstand like this he responded.

And all staff is irresponsible at bustand
