Respected sir,
I was waiting for the bus. When the bus arrived it was a very big rush all the people were struggling to go inside the bus. I some how entered and took a seat. After 2 mind when the conductor was coming to check the pass. As I went to the pocket my wallet was not there. My bus pass was in the wallet.
Please i want a new pass issuedI request with my humble heart please kindly issue a new pass.

Seat no.30, 31. Window broken. .full of noise. .please fix it..
Lights from roof are in hanging position .pose dangerous to passengers ..
