Respected sir, I am Saishashank Nathi I was traveling to Hyderabad and Hanamkonda in a express service in which total seats are filled and maximum standing capacity was also occupied but still the driver and conducter are stopping bus in every stop and allowing the new passengers to stand already the bus full and many are standing without a movement due to overcrowding while asking the conducter not to allow new customer he is giving negligiable answers I request you to please find following persons and make sure it won't be repeated again and also runore services so that the problem won't happen again and bus number is AP36 Z 0219.
