I would like to bring to your notice that today, i.e., on 5.08.2025, I got into a bus at Nagole metro station heading towards Hastinapur, which is routed from JBS to Ibrahimpatnam (route no.: 279), and the bus no. is TS03Z0326. My issue was ...before getting into the bus, I inquired of the bus conductor if there was online payment available, and she said yes, so I got into the bus. Then, after I paid 30 rupees online at 7.09 am and the payment was successful, but the ticket was not generated, she claimed that I should pay again as the ticket was not generated, saying this was not her fault but rather the machine's fault, even after successful payment. After that she made me do another payment, and I did because I have no other option. She is not allowing me to get down, so I asked her that if I pay again and the ticket is not generated, what is the solution? She replied that you have to make payment until the ticket is generated, if your payment is even successful. In this situation, I have lost 30 rupees and I want it refunded at any cost; additionally, action should be taken regarding the improper training related to online payments, as well as the negligence and rude behavior of the employee.
