Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Buses not stopping at the bus stop

As a citizen of this city and as a person owning a bus pass, it is the least of my rights to be able to board a bus. Today in the morning i was standing near the super bazar bus stop along with another person trying to get into the bus 156/299 at 7:38 am, but the bus driver chose to ignore us as there were just two o[censored]s.
this needs to stop.
please consider this as a huge issue and get it resolved, thanks.
