Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Change & inb charges

1. I've Been traveling through TSRTC from many years but the most common problem which I encounter is the change problem. Why aren't the drivers equipped with proper change? For example, I took 2 tickets for Rs580/-, now driver doesn't have change of Rs20/- to pay back me. This is the most common problem which every passenger got to face.

2. Govt is encouraging people to go digital but I don't see any encouragement from tsrtc. Bus fare physical is Rs290/- but when i tried to book online it is Rs328????
