Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — complaint regarding bus conductor and her behaviour

One of the conductors took my bus pass is not returning me eventhough i took the ticket.
What should i do?
How should i apply for new bus pass?
I have a complaint towards that conductor.
She always embraze people and beat them unnecessarily.
Many of the people have complaints against her.
Her bus depo is hyathnagar-1
Bus no. Is ap28 z 1858
Conductor no. 212948
Please take action as early as possible
People are suffering a lot
