Conductor/driver did not listen to my words and he charged double ticket for me.

Hi, Bus driver and conductor is refuses to take passengers from jagathgirigutta to jbs as they suggested to go by local bus but there is no direct buses from jagathgirigutya to jbs. Due to festival every one is plan to go to jbs.
