Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Conductor is humiliating

I am travelling in local bus. Conductor gave the note which is not in proper condition and I have asked to give him another note. He used the words which are humilating me. I could not take this at all. I have requested him to speak properly but he is so rude to me. Please take proper action on him.
