I was traveling in rajadhani ac bus yesterday from bangalore to hyderabad. My experience with the tsrtc which i opted for the very first time was worst. Here is what happened:
Bus glass got damaged where i was sitting and this was brought into the notice of bus crew before the start of journey but they took it light. And later when glass got broken after 30 minutes of journey start, the pieces of glasses got scattered everywhere but still no action. Worst part is no action taken even after complaining deputy manager and regional manager. I am traveling with lot of risk sitting near to that broken glass with broken pieces of glass everywhere near my seat. I will sue everyone if anything bad happens to me or my co passengers.
I have paid 1300rs for this rajadhani ac service and what i got is very risky and pathetic service. I want immediate action taken towards the irresponsible authorities and bus crew. If i don't get any response then i will post it everywhere on the social media and sue tsrtc bus service for such irresponsibility.
