We have reserved rajadhani ac bus from karimnagar to hyderabad on 2/5/2017
4.45am was departure time.
But bus came late by 25 min and started to jbs @5.30am
Another mistake was they have charged for rajadhani ac and provided old indra bus..
There should be transparency and quality.. And
Time management..
We want our tsrtc to be unique and role model to other states...
Customer convenience to be given utmost
Priority...

I have booked a ticket from tsrtconline.in but they charged same price for catcard holder and normal passenger. Please refund my amount. April 28th 2017 I have booked ticket.
