Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — How can a passenger get on bus without stopping at bus stop

My name is Deepak today I was waiting for hayathnagar bus, when bus arrived passengers are getting down and after that bus started moving without in getting into bus, I was hitting on side of bus to stop but he just slowing down (how can I get into bus in running slowly, is this a way students fall from bus ) please solve the issue
