Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — I am complaining about not arrival of bus

Recently i have booked online ticket from Karimnagar to Jbs.
Details are:
TKT NO 64821952, NAME:KUSH DATT RAWAT, KRMR-JBS, SRVC NO:7444(KRMR-JBS) Seats:11(M), FARE:253, DOJ:03-Dec-20 01:55 PM, Up Distance:155(KM), UID:8102, Ph:[protected] /[protected], www.tsrtconline.in

I was there at Karimnagar bus stand till 14:10, but bus was not there and no responses from the counter help desk.
So i finally gave up and took another ticket in Rajdhani.

I am requesting for the refund for my earlier booked ticket.
Hope i will get it.
