Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — i have cancelled ticket 19 days back - but no refund credited

I'm cancelled my ticket 13/07/18. From hyd to mancherial (Mbxr to mncl). Service no:8128. Ticket number: 58241002. Seats:2. Fare:726/- rupees. Has cancelled but there is no reply or refund to me. This is very bad to our government sector services.. Tsrtc also govt sector that's why very irresponsible and lazy.. Pls change these type of attitudes and solve these types if problems. Pls.,...
