Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — iam complaining about my loss of bus pass

While i was returning to my home in the afternoon around 2:30pm i lost my pass. I remember showing my bus pass to the bus conductor. I think the day i lost my bus pass would be 18 december 2019. The bus number would be 16d. And i think i lost it while coming from secundrabad to vinayaknagar. May be i dropped it in the bus by not knowing. Please fing my bus pass
