Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — I'm complaing about the late issue of the bus which came three hours late .

I booked a bus from Hyderabad to khammam on January 12 of 2024 . And I'm supposed to get into bus at around 11 but bus came at 02 o clock in the midnight and I almost waited there for three and half hours and it's winter . And now I got rhinitis and feeling of nausea and I should travel for 5 hours from now . And I don't know why the bus charge is 15 percentage more on this day .
