Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — I'm complaining about departing time

The bus started at 1'O clock from Jagtial. But it departed at 6:20.It wasted my precious time. It took 6 1/2 hours for 200 kms approximate . The bus number is TN-A51616. Take strict actions against them. Or I will go to court. Thank you.
