Dear Sir/Madam,
This is the second time which gave me immense mental pressure and humiliation, because of careless and irresponsible crew of MGBS controller and bus service 88807 crew of dated 23 April 2023, service time 9.30 pm.
The bus service 88807, came to platform around 10.15pm, instead of 9.30pm. And even after requesting for several times, the bus crew started service around 10.45 pm from MGBS and during entire journey, bus stopped and waited several times, because of this bus reached at 9.45 am on 24th April 2023 at it's destination, that is Bengaluru, bus reached destination almost 2 hours and 15 minutes approximately. The actual scheduled time to reach at destination is 7.30 am, on 24th April 2023, but reached 2 + hours late. Normally in Bengaluru during office hours traffic is heavy and because of that I reached home around 10.30am. And there by I reached office at 11.09am, instead of 9.30am.
So now because of carelessness and irresponsibility of TSRTC staff gave me immense mental pressure and restlessness.
It is my humble request to take action against TSRTC staff of MGBS and bus crew and give me justice.
