Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — lady bus conductor continues conversation in telephone while in duty

I was travelling in secunderbad to dilshuknagar in tsrtc bus no ap11z 6715 at around 7:30pm. The lady conduter in the bus continuosly talking loudly in telephone. She is not concentrate on passangers.. And not giving respect to passengers. Rude behave while giving tickets. This is for your kind information to take necessary action to aware her duties.. Customer is always god to any organization.
