Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Loss of Bus Pass Ticket

I am Koushik studying Btech 2nd year and i lost my buss pass today morning between 7:20 to 7.40 in a 216 bus from Lakdikapool to mehdipatnam and it so happens that today way the end date of the pass which is 10th.
So what are the procedures i need to do to get a new bus pass?
