Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Missed the bus Due to driver negligence

Hi Team,

Myself Lalitha.i booked a red bus yesterday from Miyapur, Hyderabad to Godavarikhani. the details of the bus below

I was not able to board the bus due to driver negligence and provided the incorrect address. even if he called me before boarding time. I could not find the bus because he was not at the boarding point at miyapur x roads even if i reached the boarding point 15 minutes before the bus departure
He said the bus at another location provided the incorrect address. Even when I reached the location he was moved to another location. i chased him 3 to 4 locations but he never stopped intentionally.
He never responded to my calls and ignored me to board the bus. it's completely unacceptable.
I became hopeless and returned to my home.
