This is Bhaskar bike no TS02EA0614,
Parked at RTC Kamareddy bus stand on 13th April, 2021.@8AM
When I was returned there was no helmet.
Parking personnel were irresponsible.
There was cc cameras but they are not looking in it.
Please find my Vega blue helmet.
