Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Money debited but ticket not received

Sir I had booked a online ticket from Beeramguda (Hyd) to Pune on 9th Dec-21 but I did not receive any SMS or email.
I tried to nquire from complaints by mobile and email but it only showed a no which was not accepted.
I had to book another ticket from Miyapur counter.
