I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to warangal on 13th october 2018 in vajra bus service no. 3320. Money has been deducted from my account (₹900) as i hav booked 3 times for same bus and i didn't get a ticket atleast once.. I got only 300 back to my account. Remaining 600 is not reflected back. Respected sir/ madam Sangareddy residents facing great problem on non availability of bus to JBS in between 7.30am to 8.00am we r request u to please provide bus in this root.Thanks & regards.

Payment confirmed but so far not received my ticket and none of the customer service numbers are valid .kindly look into this matter urgently.
