I tried to book ticket from hyderabad to karimnagar. The amount got debited from my bank account but the ticket didn't get booked. I'm uploading the screenshot of the amount debited (Rs.442). I have also called the helpline number of tsrtc but the call isn't getting connected. As u can see in the screenshot, the amount 221 has been debited twice as i tried to book the ticket twice. For every 10 mins one auto is going from Gachibowli with 5 passengers because of no buses, all are employees, who will buy tickets and they are waiting for a long time and finally going by Autos. Please increase no. Of buses from Gachibowli to Hafeezpet/ Alwin colony

without information his goy that conductor give me charge 300rs
actually price is 189rs
double charged
this is tomuch
