Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — no refund tsrtc bus - more than 20 days | |||||
I booked two tickets in tsrtc government website- Ticket no[protected], uid no - 8625 for 25 oct 2019 & Ticket no[protected], uid no - 8189 for 3 nov 2019 Both the buses were cancelled due to the strike. The refund was to be received within 7-10 working days as the website says, but i still did not get the refund. It's been more than 20 days. Please initiate the refund immediately.
