Sir, i serving with Indian Army and buy a car at telangana and issue temporary registration No TS09EKTR5945 in the month of APR 2021 for registration of Vehicle in Bihar. But vehicle registration details not showing on VAHAN portal so unable to registered my vehicle after lapse of more than one year
