Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Non working of AC in Rajdhani Bus service

I have booked two tickets for traveling from Hyderabad to Vijayawada in service number 1504 on 26-3-22 for my mother & sister vide ticket number 67317058. AC did not worked through out journey & bus reached distinction 2 hours late. They have faced very much inconvenience. They have also told not to book any tickets in TSRTC in future.
