Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — One hour late for on boarding point

I have booked bus ticket from hyderabad to Nandigama on[protected]. I got a advice to be at boarding point 10 before [on boarding time: 4-40 PM]. But bus was not arrived till 5-50 PM. This is the second I am facing this type of issues from TSRTC.
Your kindly requested to prevent the such practices.
