Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Ongoing issue

Hi TGRTC

I m currently traveling from vijaywada to Hyderabad lb nagar I've booked seats from Paytm app for Garuda plus 2+2 Bus seat number 3 and 4 but when I've arrived at bus station I was in shock

1st issue what I'm facing
Unfortunately due to some bus failure Garuda plus 2+2 didn't available but I was expecting that there might be some additional Garuda plus 2+2 Bus should be available for us

But unfortunately that is also not done

Rajadhani bus was available in the place where Garuda plus 2+2 Bus should be

2 nd issue BUS INTERIOR

AC IS NOT WORKING

UNFORTUNATELY WHEN IT IS WORKING IS WHILE PASSING THROUGH SPEED BREAKERS OR FROM ANY UP'S AND DOWN ROADS ETC

I'M EXPECTING THAT THIS ISSUE SHOULD RESOLVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

AND I NEED MY 50% AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED WHAT I'VE FOR BUS CHARGES TO GARUDA PLUS 2+2
