I have booked ticket from Anantapur to KPHB (TSRTC Bus service) 2 tickets on 15-Dec-2021 date of from Amazon through REDBUS by paying Rs.1180 journey was 23-Dec-2021 and on 22-Dec-2021 TSRTC officials called on my registered mobile number [protected] saying due to some technical issues Bus service was canceled and full amount will be refunded to source paid for ticket and seek for alternate bus service, I have booked some other private service and booked tickets.Till 28-Dec-2021 I haven't received refund from amazon when I tried to contact Amazon in Amazon showing contact redbus ([protected]) I called redbus support they have asked many questions like how and who was informed that bus service had canceled from which number call received, read out SMS received as bus service canceled after getting satisfy redbus CS said yes service was canceled and said your refund will be refunded in 3 to 4 working days to source payment. On 28-Dec-2021 I got the message as amount 1110 credited from Amazon pay bus Mumbai IN observed that there was deduction of Rs 70, no one have right to deduct amount on reservation ticket when bus service was canceled by bus operator, from 28-Dec-2021 I am keep contacting TSRTC and REDBUS, REDBUS is asking to contact TSRTC as deductions were made by TSRTC and TSRTC is saying you have paid to REDBUS ask them for full refund we have cleared them.
