Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Payment done but ticket not issued. money also not refunded

I tried to book a service on 24th April2022. after the payment page which is showing like payment successful then I didn't get any ticket issued. I called and asked the TSRTC they said like "Your ticket has been cancelled, Money will revert back to the same account in 7 days. After that I booked other ticker and started another journey. But, till now I didn't get any refund to my account. I'm attaching the reference numbers
