On 19th of December, 2023, I travelled from Nizamabad to JBS in Rajadhani Bus ( TS 09 Z 7604 ). The price of the ticket is Rs: 420/-. So, i maid a online payment through Phone pay. After completion of the payment, driver said, your payment was not done, you should pay the amount through cash. I also maid an argument. All the department of Nizamabad depot came there and said, you will get your refund in just 24 hours. After the discussion for some time, I payed through cash. They gave me a number to ask about refund. I called that given number and they asked me to send the ticket in what's app. I sent it to them through what's app. They said, it takes 5 working days. I again asked them after 5 working days. They said, it may take more 3 to 4 working days. I also waited for more days as they said. From past 2 days they are saying that, we will enquire it once again. But today,[protected], its 18 days already. Form today, they are not even responding to me. They leaving my messages unread and calls like missed calls. I also asked them contact or e-mail about their head of the department. They are saying PLEASE. Their number is [protected].
