Telangana state road transport corporation [tsrtc] — amount debited to my credit card but ticket is not booked 1 review B shushrutha on jan 31 2018 Submit a complaint I have tried to book ticket on[protected] at 12:09hours at tgsrtc52478 by vajra bus from warangal (Nit college bus stop) to hyderabad (Kphb 3rd phase) but amount of rs.298/- was debited to my credit card and transaction was failed and ticket was not booked. I contacted 24/7 customer support of tsrtc but there was no response. So kindly see to this issue and make my payment refund Was this information helpful? | |
