I Mohmmed Azharuddin S/o Mohmmed Nazir Ahmed R/o Nirmal

Sir, I have Sadarem Certificate of telangana state and my percentage 98% physically deaf certificate

So I went to Nirmal bus Station for physically deaf bus pass he rejected my bus pass reason you don’t have for 100% Certificate for physically deaf
And I went Head Of the Sadarem Department officer Said my certificate is eligible for bus pass and all telangana physically based schemes

So Please Kindly Requested you to issue my bus pass as soon as possible
