Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — poor service

I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to razole with ticket no:59086752 service no:7893 and journey date is[protected], and the stop from where i should be picked is vanasthalipuram.
It is given on ticket that the departure time is 19:35.
I called to the number [protected] at 19:20which i have received through messagefrom tsrtc to inquire where the bus is at present. The person who responded to my call said it is at koti. After 40 min again i had called to him and he said that it is in mgbs and finally after 21:20 the person called me that he is in lbnagar and asked me where i am. I said that i'm in vanasthalipuram. He asked me where it is?
There is a passenger and the bus has to pick him from the stop from where he booked the ticket.
The driver and the conductor doesn't know anything.
After sometime i called him and asked where the bus is?
They said it is in hayathnagar.
What kind of service is this from tsrtc.

After waiting for more than 2hrs and the bus has not stopped. And because i called him i could atleast then came to know the bus already passed my stop and it is going and it is 4km away.
Luckily my friend is with me with vehicle and he dropped me at hayathnagar.
After getting into bus when i questioned the driver and conductor that what is this that you have done
They have replied very irresponsibly and spoke very harshly. I asked him the depot manager number. Then he got angry that complain to whomsoever you want. He saidme to get down from bus and complaint.
Really with this experience trust me i will never ever book a ticket from tsrtc.
Very poor service.
I really felt very ashamed when the co passengers asked me why ur late.
I am waiting for 2 hrs and just because your staff had no knowledge it appeared like i was late and the bus was waiting for me.
Just imagine how bad was the situation.
Take action on your staff and i will go to any extent for the service i have received

Today morning i.e. 27th September, 2018 around 7:40, 219 bus which is cmg from lingamplly to ameenpur has hit the ox intentionally on the left back exactly opposite to the Suraksha enclave main gate. That ox was unable to walk after that incident.
I attached a pic of that ox after sometime. The curely towards the innocent animals

I am facing problem as the bus drivers are not stopping bus in respected bus stop So it is becoming late and due to the misbehavior of some conductors I am suffering a lot please take severe action over this issue...

I bboked my ticket today from vanasthlipuram to vijayavaada. Service no.1343. Departure time is at 12.40. Even after 50 minutes the bus not arrived. Atleast there is no website to track the bus.
