It's already 25 minutes since we boarded bus AB and it's still in airport premises. It came all the way up to pick passengers from Departure point. This is not expected. Bus : AB, DATE: 02 Jan 2020, time: 11:45 pm bus. Take an action before this service becomes more pathetic and beyond repair.

1. The Driver did not go on the Underpass at LB Nagar. He turned left towards Dilsukhnagar and took a U turn, wasting time of other passengers. On enquiring, he said he wanted to drop passengers. Actually there was just one passenger with just light luggage. This kind of adhoc stops on Driver's whims and fancies are unprofessional, affecting the customer's choice of conveyance in the long run.
2. There were 2 TSRTC Staff traveing in Uniform in the Bus. On enquiring the bearded Staff about the correct Route specified for the Drivers, he refused to share any info. He had no regard/ concern for Customers, despite representing the Service provider being in Uniform; and refused to divulge his name too.

Pushpak buses are not moving on time from airport waiting in bus from 1hr..whom should v complain.
The Airport Bus service has become so slow and pathetic, they almost run it like a Public Transport Bus stopping anywhere and everywhere to take in and let out passengers. Furthermore, they stop at two points within the Airport Premises where the Driver first issues tickets and only then starts the Bus. This in itself takes close to 30 mins altogether. If thats how they want to issue tickets, why even have multiple kiosks at the Airport and the Boarding point.
The RGIA Airport authority ought to make the entire experience a seamless and comfortable one. However, they just don't seem to care about it.
If Pushpak has become this unprofessional, RGIA should change their Bus operator and probably go private.

How is RGIA continuing with Pushpak Services when this Complaint Forum itself indicates a 1% customer satisfaction rating. Pathetic!!

Today Dec 10' 2022, I asked for Gachibowli ticket from RGIA kiosk. The attendent there provided Shilparamam ticket and charged 250/- though I wanted to travel till Gachibowli only. He issued me wrong ticket and charged more purposely. I'm sure the fare till Gachibowli must be less than what I was charged. Such a shameless cheap activity to loot money. Really sad with these cheap tricks. I know it didn't cost me a fortune just a few bucks, but it isn't about money it's about being fair.
